Shake Shack Grand Prairie is located in the Epic off of 161 serving hot burgers, fries, and shakes that will have you wanting more and more by the bite! We came by on a weekend night to use some coupons we received for a free burger and fries. This location has a drive through, and the parking is ample due to being located in a shopping center. As we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the staff at the register. We noticed kiosk that were available to use for making ordering easy, but we went ahead and ordered from the staff since we had coupons. I went ahead and ordered the Smokeshack burger, fries and chicken bites. We went ahead and additionally added cheese sauce for the fries and honey mustard and ranch for our condiments. We also purchased the sugar cookie shake to wash it all down. We went ahead and took our table number and placed it on one of the many tables that were available to sit at inside this new modern and well-lit restaurant. They have a ketchup dispensary along with mayo packets and even complimentary water with cups that are available for self-serve. Within minutes our food arrived and was looking stunning and was well presented. The Smokeshack was well wrapped and clearly displayed chopped cherry peppers with bacon and cheese in a soft warm bun. The chicken bites were hand breaded chicken breast that were crispy while the sauces we chose paired very nice with them. The fries were deep fried golden brown to perfection while they remained crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Overall Shake Shack will always be a fan favorite of mine and I'm always looking forward to the new items they put out seasonal and intrigued by their creative ideas.
Not bad, not great. So far, I just enjoy the regular cheeseburger. Everything else is just too much. Also, I wish it wasn't so dang expensive haha. Good for once in a whiles.
I had amazing customer service from all employees but Luke went above and beyond to assist me. He came by to see if anything else was needed and offered to refill my beverage and helped to clean my table. The food was great, a bit pricey but worth the price.
Shake Shack seems to get mixed reactions. They are not the cheapest but I really like their burgers and fries. I go basic and just get the regular cheeseburger and the fries with cheese sauce on the side. I like their shakes but recently discovered the plain scoop of vanilla custard.
Great burgers. Decent service. Love the shakes. Check out their website they usually have specials on their newsletter. Beats the likes of Five Guys for me.
Really good. Had been craving a smashburger and thought we'd try the Shake Shack in Grand Prairie. The place was busy, but staff were courteous and helpful. We ordered two burgers and fries. More expensive than In-N-Out, but less than Jake's. For my money it was the better burger. Perfectly cooked and just the right size. I was impressed with the food and the establishment. Highly recommend.
